This weekend we had nothing planned, but the weather forecast was really good considering that we’re moving into Autumn. So we took a trip.
Called Carreglwyd campsite in Port Eynon on Saturday morning and they had space – so off we went to the Gower for the first time.
Beautiful weather, great campsite, ice cream, BBQ – just why we got a campervan!

We planned a trip to mid Wales last year but then couldn’t make it due to VW Sinclair’s total incompetence. With Spring well and truly arrived it was time to try again. We booked to stay at the Rhandirmwyn campsite which is near Llandovery. It’s one of the Camping and Caravanning Club sites and is an absolute gem. Continue reading Gold Mining in Wales
